Hey there! What's your name, and what's your favorite trail to ride on your Kavenz mountain bike?

Hey there, it's Julia - elite downhill racer and bike mechanic. I'm feeling home at Racepark Schulenberg but I love to grow on different tracks all over the continent!

Where are your from?

Born and raised in Kassel, Germany.

How old are you?

I am 21y/o but I'll always be the baby in my frinds group :)

So, how tall are you, and what’s your frame size?

I am 175cm and rolling on a size L

What is your riding style? Are you more like enduro racer, freerider or maybe a bike park rat?

I'm feeling comfy between the tapes, catching some airtime or looking for some fresh loam, building trails. Yes I'm a DH racer but at the end of the day I just love riding bikes!

Tell us, what's the one thing you absolutely love about your Kavenz bike? Any details or features that make it stand out for you?

This bike could literally be, whatever bike I wanted it to be! We got so many options and if I waned to I could build a completely different bike with the same frame. Appreciating the fact that it pedals so good and holy sh*t it's by far the most fun bike I've ever ridden.

For me it's the simplicity of this well thought frame. In times of hydroforming and carbon-hype it's so refreshing to ride a bike that is made to last and made to work! Easy to service, a lot to pay around with and last but for sure not least the VHP system is doing such an incredible job!

Are you rolling on 27.5, 29, or maybe something in between? How do your wheels choice has an impact on your bike handling?

The MX option is my way to go and I absolutely fell in love with it!

How much suspension travel does your Kavenz bike have, and how does it handle the bumps, jumps, and surprises on the trail?

200mm in the front - 180mm in the back for racing

but I'd love to play with 180mm in the front for certain destinations.

Share a funny or memorable moment on the trails with your Kavenz – something that still brings a smile to your face.

Being the first woman to jump the ON AIR Jumpline in Schulenberg with all the homies rooting for me, may be my fav memory this summer already!

If you could take your Kavenz bike anywhere in the world for an epic ride, where would it be?

I'll take this rig to canada one day! Maybe with a 180mm setup, a dropper post and 1x12

If your mountain biking adventures had a soundtrack, what songs would be on it? What music gets you pumped up before hitting the trails?
